I founded witt+co. to bring a direct, relationship-first approach to San Diego real estate. My work combines strategy, design, marketing, and data analysis, enabling clients to make informed and confident decisions in a complex market.
My background spans startups, brand strategy, customer experience, and business consulting. I worked at a fast-growing San Diego startup, earned my MBA, led brand strategy in the agency world, and then advised direct-to-consumer brands before moving into real estate. The through-line is simple. I build trust, communicate clearly, and help people navigate important decisions with calm and competence.
I am a San Diego native with deep familiarity across the most sought-after communities, including 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Del Cerro, La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Mission Valley, and Civita, where my family lives today. This local knowledge shapes how I guide both buyers and sellers.
